Funding

All children are entitled to 15 hours funding from the term after their 3rd birthday.

The funding we receive from the local authority only covers the education we provide; therefore a contribution fee will be charged to cover additional costs such as meals, and outings. This will be discussed with you before your child starts.

Working parents

If you live and work in England you may be entitled to 15 hours funded childcare support from the term after your child turns 9 months old, until they start school.

From the term after your child’s 3rd birthday, this can be combined with the 15 hour entitlement for all 3 and 4 year olds to make up 30 hours of funded support over 38 weeks of the year.

Up to date information on funding available can be found on the Childcare Choices website (link available in the links section)

Payments

I accept payments using the Government tax-free childcare vouchers, or bank transfer.

Meals

Drinks, Lunch and Snacks are included in my daily rate. A contribution fee is charged when using funded hours.

Deposits

To secure a place, a non-returnable deposit of £100 needs to be paid if a space is not currently available but will be when you wish to start. This amount will be refunded after the settling in period (first month). This will be non-refundable if you do not take the place, or terminate the contract within the settling in period (first month).

Retainer Fees

If you require me to hold an available place for a period of time you may be asked to pay a retainer fee until the place is taken. This will be non-returnable and is to ensure your place with me. If you choose not to pay the retainer, the space may be given to another family.
