Payments
I accept payments using the Government tax-free childcare vouchers, or bank transfer.
Meals
Drinks, Lunch and Snacks are included in the fees.
Deposits
To secure a place, a non-returnable deposit of £150 needs to be paid if a space is not currently available but will be when you wish to start. This amount will be taken off your second invoice. This will be non-refundable if you do not take the place, or terminate the contract within the settling in period (first month).
Retainer Fees
If you require me to hold an available place for a period of time you may be asked to pay a retainer fee until the place is taken. This will be non-returnable and is to ensure your place with me. If you choose not to pay the retainer, the space may be given to another family.
